Experience Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

By booking a Maison Choc Chocolate Experience, you agree to the following terms. We value craftsmanship and preparation, and our policies ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

1. Nature of the Experience

  • • Chocolate tastings & Workshops
  • • Bean-to-bar factory experiences
  • • Prepared in advance & Limited capacity
  • • Time-specific & Non-transferable

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are only secured once payment is received.


3. Standard Cancellation Policy (Public)

4. Private, Corporate & Custom

For tailor-made experiences, a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required. Balance must be paid before the event.

5. Rescheduling

Allowed once only, 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes treated as cancellation.

6. Late Arrival

Participation may be reduced. 15+ minutes late is considered a no-show.

7. Substitutions

Non-transferable without approval. Name changes allowed 24h prior.


8. Maison Choc Modifications

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests receive a full refund or full store credit.

9. Health, Safety & Allergies

Participants must disclose allergies. We operate a working chocolate environment and are not responsible for allergic reactions.

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages. Store credit may be offered.

11. Refund Method

Issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Processing times may vary.
